Delivery is charged according to the size and weight of your items.

You will be advised of shipping costs during checkout before you commit to buy.

The maximum you will ever be charged for shipping no matter how many items you order  is £4.99 for UK mainland.

Delivery to most European destinations is available on request.

We offer a Satisfaction guarantee on all our products.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.  If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

All Returns must be in original packing accompanied by a returns number issued by ourselves.

Sorry but collection of goods is not available, But you are very welcome to call the office and order by phone.
